So I started working with a personal trainer that has me on a workout and eating schedule. This way we can target my whole body as a whole rather than one section at a time...to be honest, I need a total body make-over.
I am actually excited for it all, I can't wait to see the pounds melt off, I can already tell by my eating changes that I feel better on the inside. Trying to be healthier and taking care of myself is a lot of work, but I am glad that I have a supportive family.
A cool thing is that my trainer is named Richard and he actually knows where I am coming from. He use to be a size 42 waist and was once over weight himself. Working with someone that has been there is more motivating than not.

Valentine's Day
I would have to say that my evening with the boys went really well. We had a nice dinner of steak, potatoes, corn and a yummy Oreo desert that Chris and I made together. It was so cute watching Clayton just totally pig out on potatoes and corn, he sure does take after his daddy with loving potatoes. He had it all over his face and clothes, and what was so funny was that he would hold his spoon in his right hand as he used his left to scoop up the food and eat it. I think he'll be left handed like his dad. Having dinner at home and just relaxing in bed after with the boys watching funny YouTube videos was a great way to spend my valentine's day, especially after working all afternoon.
