Motivation
Life at times becomes a wonder...why do I do the things I do? Can I truly change? Will I ever be happy with myself? Can I ever accomplish my goals? At times I find myself loosing motivation to keep going, I know that the path I have chosen to become healthy isn't a easy one, it wasn't like it was over night that I became the way I am. But I do have to say that it wasn't all me that did this to myself, a lot of factors and people impacted me in how I am today. I just need to remind myself that there are those there for me, helping me on my journey and holding my hand, sometimes literally. I am just tired of being me, BIG! I just have to remind myself that what I look like doesn't determine the person that is inside....I can overcome all obstacles with the Lord's help, which I am desperately searching for at this time.

Staying strong
Life has changed for me since I have made it a goal to go to the gym five times a week. 'Change?' you wonder...well it has for the better. Shockingly I have found great joy in going and have lost a total of five pounds, yay! My days feel more complete when I do go and I love the feeling that I helped myself that day become a healthier me. Chris has even started exercising more at the house and at the gym at his work. He has been showing me how to do the Perfect Pushups and Pullups, which I have to say I do like the pullups. I know that if I keep this up and eat right I will be able to reach my goal by next year. I did take pictures and measure myself as well to track progress, not ready quite yet to post them up. Maybe soon.
My friend graduates school soon to become a yoga instructor. We have been talking about maybe doing a mommy and me yoga class so I can do it with Clayton. I think it will be so much fun, plus it will show him how to channel some of that energy I hope.
